Abstract

In the present study, inequality and discrimination among people on the basis of caste and religion and people's attitude towards caste has been studied. The Indian Constitution does not allow discrimination on the basis of caste or religion or showing inequality etc. There may be various types of prejudices in the minds of people on the basis of religion and caste. On the basis of these prejudices, various types of thoughts of people regarding caste and religion etc. have been studied, in which on the basis of the facts obtained, it has been found that people are victims of inequalities and discrimination on the basis of caste and religion in their workplace. It has to happen in places like society etc.
