Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of leadership and its role on organizational growth. Leadership and organizational success have a direct cause and effect relationship. Leaders determine values, culture, change tolerance, and employee motivation. They have a say on how institutional projects are implemented and how effective they are. Leaders exist at all levels of a company, not only at the top. Successful leaders, on the other hand, have one characteristic in common. Leadership is defined as the achievement of a goal via the direction of human help. A leader is someone who can successfully rally his human companions to accomplish a common goal. A strong leader can lead in a variety of scenarios day in and day out, year after year. In a few phrases, it's easy to outline what outstanding leaders do to be effective. Isolating the factors that influence their effectiveness, on the other hand, is far more challenging. The normal approach is to provide each employee appropriate recognition of his or her job so that he or she can expect the fulfilment of some essential interest or purpose in the execution of the group operation.
