Women are subjected to a variety of psychological issues at work, which are caused by male coworkers and the male employer. The majority of working women are subjected to sexual harassment and assault. Sexual harassment at work is a form of everyday violence that is discriminatory, exploitative, and thrives in an atmosphere of fear, panic, and retaliation. Working women's children are often neglected, and older children may develop unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking, and even drug addiction. As a result, the mother's mental state deteriorates. Our society is still controlled by men, and women face widespread and open discrimination. Because of gender bias, women are denied their social and domestic rights, as well as family assistance. Because of our people narrow mindsets, they are still mistreated, exploited, underprivileged, sexually assaulted and insulted, and not treated appropriately. In a household, a woman is supposed to be a flawless "cook" and an "ideal wife," taking care of all of the husband's needs at home without complaining or expecting special treatment as an equal partner in marriage. She is also expected to fulfil all of the responsibilities of a good mother by caring for the children, as well as a better home manager and administrator.
