Abstract

Emotional development is more important than intellectual development in life. To achieve happiness and peace and to lead a successful and meaningful life, it is necessary to focus on the goal of emotional development so that every person can control his emotions. Just as the stability of a multistoried building rests on a strong foundation, similarly emotion is the foundation of our life. The more positive and controlled our spirit, the more successful and meaningful our life becomes. Life begins to falter only due to control over emotions. That is why emotional problems are seen increasing day by day in life. How your emotions like anger, jealousy, joy, happiness, despair, pain are expressed in your behavior, it directly affects the subconscious mind of man. Your behavior gets fed into the human subconscious mind like a photograph taken. Secondly, how you treat others in situations of anger and joy also affects your emotional development. Today this issue is becoming a matter of concern that a person does not have control over his emotions. In these situations, a person frustrates his life with despair, because he is not able to cope with negative emotions like jealousy, anger.
