Abstract

Today more than ever before in the humanistic approach within psychological science, in particular, and in all knowledge related to helping man in his personal and spiritual development. Current concepts of science and technology tell us about the urgency of applying fundamental solutions to man's interrelationship with the environment, both social and natural. To ensure that this interrelationship is healthy and productive, it is essential for the well-being of all to find the right balance in all forms of existence, based on respect and acceptance of others. For this balance to occur, it is necessary for humans, in general, to be healthy. This is why the concept of health, under the humanistic approach, advocates the acceptance and integration of our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors into who we are. This study will focus on concept of humanistic approach in psychology.
