Abstract

Well-being represents the complete development of physical and mental health, how strong and resilient they are to function well at their work and life. The word “Well-being” is that includes the physical, social, mental and emotional development of human. In public and educational area, it was presented by positive psychologist,” Seligman (2011)” who offers the goal of ‘happiness’, which is logically or practically cannot be support for long time. If the right things happen around the person then happiness is consequently increases but if the situation is opposite that means if it is difficult and sad then happiness of person ceases or decreases. Student’s well-being is very important as it blossom their educational journey, help in building resiliency and also help in developing skills and confidence. Depression, anxiety, suicide, addiction are some signs and symptoms that students are not well-being. And some of the factors that affect the well-being of students less sleep hours, limitation of finance and online factors. The need of this study to support student’s well-being for strengthens their learning with social and emotional development, to guide and counsel the students who are struggling in their life due to various psychological, social and physical changes.
